Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via FedEx. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. For detailed shipping information, please visit our order tracking page.

Due to the nature of our handcrafted candle products, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@lucedivinacandle.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Option 2: Facebook/Meta Data Deletion

If you connected to our services through Facebook or Instagram, you can remove our app from your Facebook settings. Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites on Facebook, find Luce Divina, and click Remove. This will automatically trigger a data deletion request through our callback system. You will receive a confirmation code to track the status of your request at lucedivinacandle.com/deletion.

What Data Is Deleted

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will delete all personal information associated with your account, including your name, email address, shipping addresses, order preferences, and any social login data. Please note that we may retain certain information as required by law (such as transaction records for tax purposes) for a limited period, after which it will also be permanently deleted.

Deletion Timeline

We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receipt. In certain cases, full deletion may take up to 90 days to propagate across all backup systems. You will receive email confirmation once the deletion is complete.
