Caring for a candle is just as important as lighting it. Following these guidelines will extend the burn time, keep the fragrance pure, and preserve a clean, elegant flame. They ensure your Luce Divina candle performs beautifully from beginning to end.

Storage

Candles react to their environment. Store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Heat, humidity, and UV exposure can change the candle’s natural ingredients. Proper storage maintains the candle’s quality, appearance, and performance.

Safety

• Remove all outer packaging before lighting.
• Place the candle on a heat-resistant surface, away from drafts and flammable materials.
• Never leave a candle burning unattended; keep it away from children and pets.
• Do not move a candle while it is lit.
• Use a snuffer to extinguish it instead of blowing, to preserve the wax’s purity.
• Do not burn the last 1–1.5 cm of wax, as excessive heat can damage the vessel.
• Trim the wick to 1 cm before lighting to prevent soot and overheating.
• Keep the lid on to protect the candle from dust and maintain its quality.
