1. How long do LUCE DIVINA candles last? 

Each candle’s burn time is listed on its product page. Our proprietary wax blend and hand-selected wicks ensure a generous, consistent performance. Trim and centre wicks, follow recommended burn times, and keep away from drafts to maximize longevity. 

2. How strong is the scent? 

Our candles are designed for a rich, enveloping fragrance experience. Scent throw varies by size: multi-wick vessels fill larger spaces, while single-wick designs offer a more intimate diffusion. For optimal results, allow your candle to burn 2–4 hours at a time. The fragrance will peak around the 1–2 hour mark. Remember, scent fatigue is natural—alternating fragrances or refreshing the air will help restore perception. 

3. My new candle looks uneven inside the glass. Is this a defect? 

Not at all. This is a natural response of wax to temperature changes, sometimes called a “wet spot.” It is purely cosmetic and will not affect performance. The wax will often correct itself with burning or when the environment warms. 

4. What happens if I exceed the recommended burn time? 

Exceeding 5 hours can create excessive heat, lengthen wicks, and damage the vessel. It may also reduce fragrance throw and burn efficiency. Always extinguish before reaching the last 1–1.5 cm of wax to prevent glass stress and ensure safe enjoyment. 

5. Do you ship internationally? 

Each LUCE DIVINA candle begins its journey in our Florida studio, where it rests for over thirty days to reach full maturity. Only then is it prepared for travel. Carefully packaged and shipped to discerning homes around the world. International shipping is not at available at this time.
